In order for us to honor your reservation, we require you to send a signed confirmation back to us at least 3 weeks before your trip.

If inclement weather arises during your program time our activities will change and we will cover similar material indoors.

Teachers are responsible for behavior management of their students. If students are not following directions our instructor may choose not to continue with an active part of the program for the safety of students (i.e. hiking all the way to the top of Stone Mountain).

There must be at least 1 school representative who is physically able to complete the educational program with each class brought to Stone Mountain Park. Our instructors will not take your students out onto the mountain without a school representative.

If you arrive late to your program we will do our best to be flexible and do as much as we can with the remaining time. We can not continue more than ½ hour after your scheduled time to finish.
